Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
The society has experienced countless transformations that impact various areas, such as environmental, social, economic, health, safety, quality and cultural. This produces variables that affect it and cause accelerated behavioral changes in all sectors. Much more so in the corporate world, where companies need to discover and develop strategies that encourage the involvement and commitment of their members, with the purpose of generating a productive, safe, healthy environment and, above all, that promotes the growth of the organization and its employees.
It is in this scenario that the application of the HSEQ concept comes into play. Our HSEQ policy objectives:

It defines our company's requirements in health, safety, environment and quality, to align them with the organization's objectives.
. HSEQ Employee and Subcontractor Training
This is an exercise to ensure that our employees and/or subcontractors are aware of and frequently practice the HSEQ policy.
. Management System in HSEQ
It is the responsibility of our HSEQ manager. This is responsible for ensuring that the team assigned to perform the services are adequately trained and have taken all measures to proceed to the job site.
. HSEQ control system in the field (In situ)
It is only applied when there is a specific project or service with a high risk of environmental impact, to ensure that the workplace is mapped and controlled in the best possible way and there is proper communication between our onsite & offsite teams. The operation supervisor must read and study all aspects of the workplace to identify potential risks, with the aim of reporting to the offsite team (back office) 24 hours / 7 days on duty, who will support the actions to be taken, if necessary.
All of our operations are carried out based on the Integrated Management System of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, PDCA and our internal policies. We are very proud to have the trust of our customers to achieve our goals, which is why we are committed to:

• Prevent the loss of assets or resources exposed to fires, sea conditions and other disasters;
• Avoid, mitigate or minimize any environmental impact that may be caused by pollution during services;
• Comply with all laws, regulations and best practices to achieve goals and excel in operations.
